What we're looking for in a team member:
A great attitude first and foremost. We keep things positive on the job site and enjoy what we do.
Someone who loves working outdoors, loves working hard, and being part of a team. We work in the rain, we work in the heat, and we have some days that are very physically demanding.
A passion for horticulture, plants and gardening. We are plant nuts. We are passionate about connecting people to their gardens and natural spaces, and we believe that horticulture and plants can play an important role in everyone’s lives.
Completion of horticultural training is an asset, but not required. A great knowledge base is an asset, but a desire to learn is essential.
Excellent listening and communication skills. If you made a mistake, we'll let you know. If we made a mistake, we want our staff to tell us. We value having an open and honest workplace.
High school degree or equivalent
For the right person a foreman/ crew leader position is available.
